Digitize and centralize your industrial processes directly within Epicor Kinetic to gain better visibility, traceability, and simplify your daily operations.
Transform your shop floor into a hub of efficiency and operational intelligence connected to your ERP.
With ECPC, your manufacturing business will gain real-time operational intelligence.
Discover why you should adopt ECPC, how to easily integrate it with Epicor Kinetic, and the tangible benefits of fully digitized production.
Why choose ECPC for your manufacturing business?
ECPC is especially effective in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or metal manufacturing.
Companies like GM, Nissan, and GE HealthCare are already optimizing their production with ECPC. Why not you?
Say goodbye to mistakes caused by outdated paper instructions. With ECPC, digitize your work instructions in PDF, video, PowerPoint formats, and more.
Your employees can access clear, up-to-date information more easily and quickly—right from their workstation.
With automated controls such as serial number scans, guided picking, image capture, proof operations, tolerance levels, and automatic alerts,
ECPC ensures stronger error prevention and control, improving both quality and overall output.
Every activity in your supply chain is precisely documented by serial number.
ECPC makes it easy to track the full history of each part — perfect for audit compliance or managing customer returns efficiently.
ECPC communicates continuously with your ERP. Field data is sent to Epicor in real time,
eliminating information silos and accelerating decision-making.
Automate control and data collection directly within Epicor Kinetic thanks to integrations with your connected devices.
ECPC integrates easily with your existing industrial equipment (robots, scanners, torque tools, IoT edge devices, etc.).
No complex programming expertise required. Configure your processes and workstations quickly using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface.
With ECPC, operators benefit from clear visual instructions at every task level.
Connected tools (scanners, smart torque tools, Plug-n-Play IoT devices, indicator lights) reduce errors to an absolute minimum.
ECPC simplifies repair management, rework handling, and preventive maintenance.
As soon as an anomaly is detected, the system guides the operator through the resolution process to optimize downtime and reduce operational losses.
Easily configure periodic or automated inspections to ensure consistent production quality.
ECPC also allows for the immediate triggering of a manual inspection in case of doubt or an isolated issue.
Get a real-time view of your performance with fully customizable dashboards.
Analyze granular data by machine, workstation, or team to make fast and informed decisions.
Adopting ECPC now means gaining a clear competitive advantage.
Your Epicor Kinetic ERP deserves a seamless integration with your shop floor operations.

ECPC is a web-based solution. Licenses are assigned per active workstation and by required features, similar to Epicor Kinetic licenses. You can configure as many stations as needed, but you only pay for the number of simultaneously active workstations.
These workstations do not include those used only for background data analysis. Licensing applies strictly to operator stations responsible for process control and data collection. No license is required for ECPC configuration.
The engineering team (Engineering Workbench) can create work methods, but ECPC is mainly designed for shop floor operators actively engaged in production activities.
In manufacturing, there is often a distinction between the engineering BOM (Bill of Materials) and the production BOM. ECPC is focused on production. It does not necessarily operate per task, because you could have an operation with 10 activities to perform.
Yes, dashboards can be customized and filtered based on your specific needs, including:
If there is a localization, additional configurations may be required. However, if properly set up, resource groups remain unchanged since they are assigned to CPC with a simple checkbox.
Yes. ECPC replaces an MES.
Yes. For example, one of our clients must inspect 10% of their production. We set up an instruction so that an inspection is triggered every 10% of production. We are able to configure this type of frequency.
Not yet, but this is being discussed. This is something Epicor is looking to vet over time , because Epicor CPC has its own BI solution, but we understand that having a single data lake would be ideal.
However, all data sent to Epicor can still be integrated into Epicor Grow through its multi-database functionality, as ECPC fully communicates with Epicor. As a result, relevant data can be used in Grow or sent directly to Grow.
License costs depend on the number of workstations and required features, which vary from one business to another. Contact your account manager to discuss pricing. Feel free to reach out for a personalized quote, including both implementation and licensing costs.
Basic training takes approximately 30 hours for onboarding, and implementation is relatively quick.
For example, with a new employee, we make them perform more activities to facilitate their learning. You can assign technician levels to say that he’s level 1 (20 tasks), 2 (15 tasks), 3 (10 tasks).
These levels are designed to adapt the learning curve to the user, teaching him to work step by step. When the maximum level is reached, the user is less supervised and becomes autonomous.
