Challenges faced by AQ Systèmes

Moving from an in-house system to a structured ERP system

  • AQ Systèmes was using an internally developed Access database that was no longer able to meet the company’s growing needs.

Training the team

  • Employees unfamiliar with ERP had to adapt. This cultural and operational change was a major challenge that required intensive and ongoing training.

Temporary increase in workload

  • The implementation of a structured ERP system resulted in an additional workload for data entry, creating initial organizational pressures before increased visibility and efficiencies were achieved.

Project: Continuous improvement of services

AQ Systèmes uses Epicor version 9, a solution that dates back to 2008. While functional, this version required significant optimization to meet the company’s evolving needs. EC Solutions helped AQ Systèmes transition and optimize its processes by providing solutions tailored to its challenges.

Since implementing Epicor 14 years ago, AQ Systemes has made over 150 customizations to adapt the software to its needs.
